A few Global SoulJah recent favourites rear their heads once again on this weeks show. Sub Swara have dropped some remixes of their outstanding album from last year, Coup D`Yah, one of my favourite dubstep albums todate. I had to play another Enemy Earth track - if you like beats deep, interstellar and hazy then he's your man. Finally I played a Mrs. Jinx track from her new album of mellow electronica - one for your lazier moments. ESL have got some great new albums in the pipeline and I'm overjoyed at the prospect of more slow dubby tropical goodness courtesy of Ocote Soul Sounds and Adrian Quesada. Staff Benda Bilili's, Je T'Aime is still bringing me close to tears whilst making me dance every time I hear it and Arcadion's, Fly Vision is undoubtedly one of the nu-disco tracks of the year. You heard both Kotchy and Phantogram last week and the albums are so good you're gettng more this week, two albums where the mish mash of many styles come together to create great wholes. Kinnego Flux have blessed me with an advance listen of their album and I'm over the moon, Herbie Hancock in his funk heyday meets the Northern Irish IDM/dubstep generation. To finish some great new house music from D Stephanie, Detroit inspired broken house music with a killer African vocal, look out for it on the new Broadcite compilation.
