Heavy on the beats and BBE this week. Just received the new DJ Vadim single and it's sounding great, I'm excited about the summer album already! The new BBE hip hop project, Canadian boys Notes To Self is sounding fresh as well, good production and considered lyrics. The UK is well represented this week with Paul White and Lone pushing the beat science but not forgetting the melodies. The new Two Fingers project is sounding great and Sway comes correct with the lyrical content and delivery. Some deep Balearic (I like the word Balearic because it's so evocative yet non descriptive you can get away with murder under it's banner!) moments in the show as well with the ever soothing Digitonal, one of my summer anthems the Brennan Green mix of Mudd & Fakrouns, Drago and a track from the forthecoming Fink album. Not forgettng two more stellar reggae cuts from the new Rodigans Reggae compilation coming on BBE sooooon...
