I had to play more tracks from some killer recent albums this week so a bit more Sun Ra inspired electronic deepness from Berliner Ring, ethno jazz from Don Cherry & Latif Khan and more cinematic electro pop from Bristol`s, Bronnt Industries Kapital. Some hard hitting lyrics and great beats appear courtesy of Early Man who knows how effective rap can be when it avoids all the violence, bitches and money cliches. The new Dubterror album is sounding great with some classic roots and roots flavoured dubstep of the highest order and SMUT release the killer Badman Place track as a free download to counter the bootleggers who pressed up the 12" which is an interesting use of todays modern communication methods, although a shame they had to do it in the first place. Look out for the Pepe Bradock compilation album coming on BBE Records, a great showcase of one of the most interesting leftfield house producers of all time.
